This is my first "recorded" collection of poetry. All of the poems on this album have been written in the passed 5 years, and are directly related to my journey into a healthier lifestyle.
I feel very fortunate to have the ability to write what I'm feeling because I can't always say it.
Please take some hope from this, it's not always easy...but it's always worth it...to give it another shot.
the name of the album, "propel forward", is a reminder of that phrase that has kept me moving towards lightness.
share this with anyone. pay what you will, but your ears are a gift enough.
I love you.
